The Noonday Water Reclamation Facility is a sewage treatment plant that processes around 20 million gallons or 75 million liters of wastewater per day to the northeast of Cobb and the southern Cherokee district in north-northwest Atlanta metro, located in north- middle of Georgia. It is operated by the Cobb water system, which partially serves its service to Cherokee's.

The facility is located south of the county line and east of Interstate 575 at 415 Shallowford Road, east of Kennesaw, also serves part of Marietta and all of Woodstock, its nearby town. This generally corresponds to the drainage basin of the two Noonday rivers where it is located, and Rubes Creek to the east, which is also a tributary of Little River, in turn flows north to the River Etowah through Lake Allatoona.

Around 362,500 dollars of damage has occurred at the facility during historic high water levels in the floods of Atlanta 2009, when the tributary reached about ten times its height and normal width, and about twice the flood stage, according to a gauge right upstream (to the south).
